Spacious,Deluxe,5BR+maidroom Close to beach & mall

Very spacious, and enough space for everyone. Feels homey and relaxing. A home away from home. 😊😊 Positive: It was spacious and the place was clean when we arrived. There were also basic supplies available ( toiletries, dishwashing soap, sponge and dishwashing pods for dishwashing). Hosts were quick to respond to our questions and if we need any assistance. Negative: Opening time of the pool. But I think understandable also because it is summer. but would have love to have chance to have morning swim while it was not too hot. Or else need to wait for late in the afternoon or towards evening to go for swim.

Positive: Number of rooms and cleanliness. Easy communication with the property manager & owner. Will come back for another group stay. Negative: AC to check.

We enjoyed our whole stay. Positive: I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Deluxe 5BR plus maid’s room by La Buena Vida Holiday Homes, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The apartment is incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for families or groups. The location is unbeatable—right on JBR Walk, just steps away from the beach, tram, and mall. Everything you need is within walking distance, which made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. The unit itself was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Each room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance felt both luxurious and homey. The added maid’s room was also a great bonus for extra space and flexibility. What stood out the most was how smooth and hassle-free everything was—from check-in to check-out. The hosts were responsive, professional, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, location, and value. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Walkable to JBR WALK AND JBR BEACH. Positive: Location. Negative: Appartment has 3 complete bath room and 1 toilet. 1 bath room is in maid room. 1 bed room is very small with no windows

Perfect for large family group. Positive: Great location, owner was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Worked brilliantly for our family group of 13 people.
